1. Informatii privind Operatorul de date cu caracter personal
Pentru EUROPEAN UNION OF WOMEN ROMANIAN SECTION (denumita in continuare ”EUW-RO”), confidentialitatea datelor dumneavoastra cu caracter personal prezinta o importanta deosebita. In acest scop am elaborat prezentul angajament de respectare a confidentialitatii datelor dumneavoastra prin care va explicam ce categorii de date cu caracter personal colecteaza EUW-RO, precum si modul in care sunt utilizate respectivele date si scopul in care acestea sunt supuse unor operatiuni de prelucrare.
Prezenta Politica se raporteaza numai la datele dumneavoastra personale pe care EUW-RO le prelucreaza prin intermediul website-ului www.euw-romania.ro. Dorim sa va asiguram ca la nivelul Companiei au fost luate toate masurile necesare pentru a asigura confidentialitatea datelor dumneavoastra, acestea fiind prelucrate numai de personalul EUW-RO instruit cu privire la prelucrarea de date personale si autorizat in acest sens.
Operatorul care prelucreaza date dumneavoastra cu caracter personal in momentul in care navigati pe platforma online www.euw-romania.ro este Asociatia EUROPEAN UNION OF WOMEN ROMANIAN SECTION (denumita in continuare ”EUW-RO”), cu sediul in Romania, Bucuresti, Sector 4, BD. Tineretului nr. 55, bl. 66, et.7, sc.B, ap.67, camera 1, avand cod de identificare fiscala 47352364 conform certificatului de înregistrare fiscală seria A nr.1127405 din data de 21.12.2022, emis de ANAF.
Pentru orice intrebari/nelamuriri cu privire la protectia datelor cu caracter personal, sunteti invitati sa transmiteti o cerere la adresa postala Romania, Bucuresti, Sector 4, BD. Tineretului nr. 55, bl. 66, et.7, sc.B, ap.67, camera 1 sau la adresa de corespondenta electronica office@EUW-ROmania.ro, cu titlul “Protectia datelor personale” sau “GDPR”.
2. Definitii
- Prin „date cu caracter personal” se intelege, in sensul legislatiei nationale si internationale in vigoare, orice informatii referitoare la o persoana fizica identificata sau identificabila. O persoana identificabila este acea persoana care poate fi identificata, direct sau indirect, in mod particular prin referire la un numar de identificare ori la unul sau mai multi factori specifici identitatii sale fizice, fiziologice, psihice, economice, culturale sau sociale.
In sensul prezentei politici, datele cu caracter personal care vor face obiectul prelucrarii se pot referi la: nume, prenume, numar de telefon, adresa de e-mail, resedinta/ domiciliu.
- Prin „prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal” se intelege orice operatiune sau set de operatiuni efectuate asupra datelor cu caracter personal, prin mijloace automate sau neautomate, cum ar fi colectarea, inregistrarea, organizarea, stocarea, adaptarea ori modificarea, extragerea, consultarea, utilizarea, dezvaluirea catre terti prin transmitere, diseminare sau in orice alt mod, alaturarea ori combinarea, blocarea, stergerea sau distrugerea.
In sensul acestei politici, prelucrarile de date se refera la acele prelucrari efectuate la momentul navigarii dumneavoastra pe website-ul www.EUW-ROmania.ro sau completarii formularelor disponibile pe site.
- „Operator” inseamna persoana care, singura sau impreuna cu altele, stabileste scopurile si mijloacele de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal. Pentru claritate, in sensul prezentei Politici de Confidentialitate, Operatorul este Asocaitia EUW-RO.
- „Persoana vizata” reprezinta persoana ale carei date cu caracter personal fac obiectul prelucrarii. In sesul prezentei Politici, persoana vizata de prelucrarea datelor este utilizatorul site-ului EUW-ROmania.ro.
- Prin „consimtamant” al persoanei vizate se intelege orice manifestare de vointa libera, specifica, informata si lipsita de ambiguitate a persoanei vizate prin care aceasta accepta, printr-o declaratie sau printr-o actiune fara echivoc, ca datele cu caracter personal care o privesc sa fie prelucrate.
- “Partea terta” inseamna persoana fizica sau juridica, autoritate publica, agentie sau organism, altul decat persoana vizata, operatorul, persoana imputernicita de operator si persoanele care, sub directa autoritate a operatorului sau a persoanei imputernicite de operator, sunt autorizate sa prelucreze date cu caracter personal.
- „Persoana imputernicita de operator” inseamna persoana care prelucreaza datele cu caracter personal in numele operatorului.
3. Categorii de date cu caracter personal prelucrate
Navigarea pe site-ul www.EUW-ROmania.ro implica prelucrarea a doua categorii de date cu caracter personal, si anume:
- date personale pe care le dezvaluiti Operatorului in mod voluntar (ex. prin intermediul formularului/emailului de contact), acestea fiind colectate in mod individual;
- date pe care dumneavoastra le furnizati in mod involuntar, prin simpla navigare pe website-ul nostru.
EUW-RO colecteaza, pe baza furnizarii voluntare a persoanei vizate, urmatoarele date cu caracter personal: nume si prenume (pentru identificare), numar de telefon (pentru comunicare), adresa de e-mail (pentru comunicare), cod numeric personal (pentru identificare), adresa (pentru identificare) si orice alte categorii de date cu caracter personal pe care utilizatorul le poate pune la dispozitia EUW-RO prin intermediul formularului/emailului de contact.
Distinct de datele colectate prin formularele/emailurile disponibile pe site, Operatorul poate prelucra si alte date ale persoanelor vizate, pe baza de consimtamant sau in interes legitim, incluzand, dar nelimitandu-se la: domiciliul/ resedinta, semnatura, datele persoanei de contact sau ale reprezentantului persoanei juridice etc. In general, astfel de prelucrari se realizeaza in afara platformei, motiv pentru li se vor aplica reguli specifice de prelucrare.
In ceea ce priveste site-ul, categoriile de date prelucrate prin intermediul acestuia sunt limitate la cele enumerate mai sus.
Operatorul poate colecta involuntar si alte date personale care va apartin, si anume adresa IP sau date care sunt in legatura cu cautarile efectuate pe site-ul nostru. Aceste informatii nu vor fi utilizate pentru identificarea persoanelor si nu vor fi facute publice altfel decat in conditiile inserate in Politica de Confidentialite, completata cu Politica de Cookies.
In anumite situatii strict reglementate de lege, Operatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a va solicita informatii suplimentare, insotite de documente doveditoare, prin intermediul e-mailului, tiparite sau in orice alt mod considerat oportun pentru Operator.
Nota: EUW-RO a incheiat acorduri de prelucrare a datelor cu societatile afiliate, insa nu raspunde pentru prelucrarile efectuate de aceste entitati, in nume propriu, persoana vizata fiind informata in mod corespunzator cu privire la prelucrarile ce presupun un transfer de date intre EUW-RO si orice entitate afiliata.
Datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal pot fi comunicate de EUW-RO, in conditiile legii, in vederea prelucrarii, unor persoane imputernicite cu prelucrarea datelor, inclusiv bancilor, autoritatilor si institutiilor financiare, instantelor judecatoresti sau organismelor competente, la solictarea acestora si in scopul furnizarii serviciilor EUW-RO.
4. Scopul si temeiul legal al prelucrarii datelor cu caracter personal
EUW-RO prelucreaza datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal in urmatoarele scopuri si avand urmatoarele temeiuri legale:
- prelucrarea este necesara pentru executarea unui contract la care persoana vizata este parte sau pentru a face demersuri la cererea persoanei vizate inainte de incheierea unui contract (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 679/ 2016 al Parlamentului European si al Consiliului din 27 aprilie 2016), in concret, in scopul asigurarii accesului persoanei vizate la serviciile si scopul EUW-RO, regasite in sectiunea “Membership”, respectiv “EUW-RO – Membership”, prin completarea formularelor disponibile pe site;
- prelucrarea este efectuata in temeiul consimtamantului persoanelor vizate (art. 6, alin. (1), lit. a) din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 679/ 2016 al Parlamentului European si al Consiliului din 27 aprilie 2016), in cazul transmiterii de comunicari de marketing;
- prelucrarea este necesara in scopul intereselor legitime urmarite de operator (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 679/ 2016 al Parlamentului European si al Consiliului din 27 aprilie 2016), pentru rezolvarea problemelor de orice natura referitoare la continutul site-ului EUW-ROmania.ro si pentru actiunile care implica interactiunea cu platforma online.
Datele dumneavoastra personale vor fi prelucrate pentru ca EUW-RO sa:
- imbunatateasca site-ul si serviciile furnizate prin intermediul acestuia;
- determine utilitatea/popularitatea continutului web prezentat pe site;
- trimita notificari tehnice, de asistenta sau administrative;
- onoreze cererile si sa solutioneze sesizarile primite din partea utilizatorilor;
- faciliteze accesul utilizatorului la serviciile si ofertele EUW-RO;
- comunice informatiile de interes pentru utilizatorii site-ului;
- protejeze drepturile EUW-RO;
Societatea va putea efectua inregistrari anonime pe baza informatiilor pe care le furnizati, prin excluderea datelor de natura a conduce la identificarea dumneavoastra. Inregistrarile anonime au drept scop analiza solicitarilor, care va genera o imbunatatire a serviciilor noastre si a navigarii pe site.
5. Durata prelucrarii datelor cu caracter personal
Datele cu caracter personal prelucrate la nivelul EUW-RO prin intermediul website-ului www.EUW-ROmania.ro sunt retinute pe o perioada de timp rezonabila raportat la scopul prelucrarii datelor, astfel incat sa nu se depaseasca perioada necesara prelucrarii lor si, in niciun caz, mai mult de 3 ani de la momentul colectarii acestora.
6. Transferul de date cu caracter personal
Datele dumneavoastra sunt prelucrate pe teritoriul Uniunii Europene, prin intermediul unor servere interne securizate.
EUW-RO se obliga ca datele colectate sa fie prelucrate numai in conformitate cu scopurile declarate si sa nu faca publica, sa vanda, inchirieze, licentieze, transfere etc. neautorizat baza de date continand informatii referitoare la datele persoanelor vizate vreunui tert neimplicat in indeplinirea scopurilor declarate, cu exceptia situatiei in care transferul/accesarea/vizualizarea/etc. este cerut/a de catre autoritatile abilitate, in cazurile prevazute de reglementarile legale in vigoare.
Este posibil ca datele dumneavoastra sa fie dezvaluite catre alte companii care ne furnizeaza servicii si actioneaza in calitate de persoane imputernicite, precum furnizorii care presteaza servicii de mententanta website etc.
Aceste entitati sunt selectate cu o grija deosebita pentru a ne asigura ca indeplinesc cerintele specifice in materie de protectie a datelor cu caracter personal. Acestea au o capacitate limitata de a utiliza informatiile dumneavoastra in alte scopuri decat cel de a ne furniza servicii.
In afara dezvaluirilor descrise in prezenta Politica de confidentialitate, este posibil sa transmitem informatii tertilor carora consimti sau solicitati sa efectuam o asemenea dezvaluire.
7. Link-uri, hyperlink-uri, site-uri terte
Site-ul www.EUW-ROmania.ro poate contine link-uri catre site-uri terte ce pot colecta, la randul lor, datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal, inclusiv prin intermediul cookie-urilor sau altor tehnologii. In cazul conectarii la un site web tert, politica de confidentialitate a EUW-RO nu va fi aplicabila si in cazul navigarii dumneavoastra pe acel site.
8. Drepturile persoanelor vizate
Orice persoana fizica care navigheaza pe site-ul nostru, in calitate de persoana vizata, are urmatoarele drepturi in raport cu EUW-RO, ca Operator de date cu caracter personal:
- Dreptul la acces inseamna dreptul persoanei vizate de a obtine o confirmare din partea Operatorului ca prelucreaza sau nu datele cu caracter personal care il privesc si, in caz afirmativ, acces la datele respective si la informatii privind modalitatea in care sunt prelucrate datele.
- Dreptul la rectificare se refera dreptul persoanei vizate de a obtine de la operator corectarea, fara intarzieri nejustificate, a datelor cu caracter personal inexacte care o privesc sau la completarea acestora, in cazul in care sunt incomplete. Acestea pot fi modificate prin transmiterea unui e-mail la adresa: office@euw-romania.ro.
- Dreptul la stergerea datelor inseamna dreptul persoanei vizate de a obtine, din partea operatorului stergerea datele cu caracter personal care o privesc, fara intarzieri nejustificate, in cazul in care se aplica unul dintre urmatoarele motive: acestea nu mai sunt necesare pentru indeplinirea scopurilor pentru care au fost colectate sau prelucrate; isi retrage consimtamantul si nu exista niciun alt temei juridic pentru prelucrare; se opune prelucrarii si nu exista motive legitime care sa prevaleze; datele cu caracter personal au fost prelucrate ilegal; datele cu caracter personal trebuie sterse pentru respectarea unei obligatii legale; datele cu caracter personal au fost colectate in legatura cu oferirea de servicii ale societatii informationale.
- Dreptul la restrictionarea prelucrării. Persoana vizata are dreptul de a obtine din partea operatorului restrictionarea prelucrarii in situatia in care se aplica unul din urmatoarele cazuri:
a)persoana vizata contesta exactitatea datelor, pentru o perioada care ii permite operatorului sa verifice exactitatea datelor;
b)prelucrarea este ilegala, iar persoana vizata se opune stergerii datelor cu caracter personal, solicitand in schimb restrictionarea utilizarii lor;
c)operatorul nu mai are nevoie de datele cu caracter personal in scopul prelucrarii, dar persoana vizata i le solicita pentru constatarea, exercitarea sau apararea unui drept in instanta; sau
d)persoana vizata s-a opus prelucrarii in conformitate cu articolul 21 alineatul (1) GDPR, pentru intervalul de timp in care se verifica daca drepturile legitime ale operatorului prevaleaza asupra celor ale persoanei vizate.
- Dreptul la portabilitate se refera la dreptul de a primi datele personale intr-un format structurat, utilizat in mod curent si care poate fi citit automat si la dreptul ca aceste date sa fie transmise direct altui operator, atunci cand prelucrarea are ca temei consimtamantul sau executarea unui contract si se efectueaza prin mijloace automatizate, daca acest lucru este fezabil din punct de vedere tehnic.
- Dreptul la opozitie vizeaza dreptul persoanei vizate de a se opune prelucrarii datelor personale care o privesc atunci cand prelucrarea este efectuata pentru indeplinirea unei sarcini care serveste unui interes public sau cand este necesare in Scopul intereselor legitime urmarite de operatorul EUW-RO.
- Dreptul de a se opune la prelucrarea datelor in baza unor decizii individuale automate se refera la faptul ca persoana vizata are dreptul de a nu face obiectul unei decizii bazate exclusiv pe prelucrarea automata, inclusiv crearea de profiluri, care produce efecte juridice care privesc persoana vizata sau o afectează in mod similar intr-o masura semnificativa. Cu toate acestea, nu va fi posibila exercitarea acestui drept in cazul in care decizia este necesara pentru incheierea sau executarea unui contract intre persoana vizata si EUW-RO, este autorizata prin dreptul Uniunii sau dreptul intern aplicabil EUW-RO, cu conditia sa se asigure protectia adecvata a drepturilor, libertatilor si intereselor legitime ale persoanelor vizate; sau se bazeaza pe consimtamantul persoanei vizate obtinut cu respectarea legislatiei in vigoare.
Pentru exercitarea drepturilor prevazute mai sus precum și pentru informații suplimentare persoana vizata se poate adresa Responsabilului cu Protectia Datelor din cadrul EUW-RO, prin transmiterea unei cereri prin e-mail la office@euw-romania.ro sau prin transmiterea unei solicitari la adresa Romania, Bucuresti, Sector 4, BD. Tineretului nr. 55, bl. 66, et.7, sc.B, ap.67, camera 1.
De asemenea, persoana vizata are dreptul de a depune plangere la Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal (Bucuresti, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, cod postal 010336; Telefon: +40.318.059.211/+40.318.059.212; Fax: +40.318.059.602; E-mail: anspdcp@dataprotection.ro) si dreptul de a se adresa justitiei.
9. Dispozitii finale
Daca EUW-RO va aprecia ca este necesara o schimbare a regulilor de confidentialitate, vom publica respectivele modificari pentru a informa persoanele vizate cu privire la informatiile pe care le colectam si modul in care le utilizam.
Prevederile Politicii de Confidentialitate se completeaza cu dispozitiile Politicii de Cookies, prezenta pe website-ul www.EUW-ROmania.ro .

1. Information on the Personal Data Controller
For the EUROPEAN UNION OF WOMEN ROMANIAN SECTION (hereinafter referred to as “EUW-RO”), the confidentiality of your personal data is of particular importance. To this end, we have drawn up this commitment to respect the confidentiality of your data, explaining which categories of personal data EUW-RO collects, as well as how such data are used and the purpose for which they are subject to processing operations.
This Policy relates only to your personal data that EUW-RO processes through the website www.euw-romania.ro. We want to assure you that all necessary measures have been taken at the Company level to ensure the confidentiality of your data, which is processed only by EUW-RO staff trained and authorised to process personal data.
The Controller that processes your personal data when you browse the online platform www.euw-romania.ro is the Association EUROPEAN UNION OF WOMEN ROMANIAN SECTION (hereinafter referred to as “EUW-RO”), based in Romania, Bucharest, Sector 4, BD. Tineretului nr. 55, bl. 66, floor 7, sc. B, ap. 67, room 1, with Tax Identification Code 47352364 according to the Tax Registration Certificate series A nr.1127405 dated 21.12.2022, issued by ANAF.

2. Definitions
- “Personal data” means, for the purposes of national and international legislation in force, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
For the purposes of this Policy, the personal data that will be subject to processing may relate to: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, residence / domicile.
- “Processing of personal data” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission, dissemination or otherwise, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.
For the purposes of this Policy, data processing refers to those processing operations carried out at the time of your navigation on the website www.EUW-ROmania.ro or the completion of the forms available on the website.
- “Controller” means the person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. For clarity, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Controller is the EUW-RO Association.
- “Data Subject” means the person whose personal data are being processed. For the purposes of this Policy, the data subject is the user of EUW-ROmania.ro.
- “Consent” of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous statement of the data subject’s wishes by which the data subject consents, in an unequivocal statement or action, to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
- “Third party” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, the Controller, the Controller’s authorised representative and persons who, under the direct authority of the Controller or the Controller’s authorised representative, are authorised to process personal data.
- “Person authorised by the Controller” means the person who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
3. Categories of personal data processed
Browsing the www.EUW-ROmania.ro website involves the processing of two categories of personal data, namely:
- personal data that you voluntarily disclose to the Controller (e.g. via the contact form/e-mail), which is collected on an individual basis;
- data that you provide unintentionally by simply browsing our website.
EUW-RO collects, based on the voluntary provision of the data subject, the following personal data: name and surname (for identification), phone number (for communication), e-mail address (for communication), ID (for identification), address (for identification) and any other categories of personal data that the user can provide to EUW-RO via the contact form/e-mail.
Apart from the data collected through the forms/e-mails available on the website, the Cntroller may process other data of data subjects, on the basis of consent or legitimate interest, including but not limited to: domicile/residence, signature, contact person or representative data of the legal entity, etc. In general, such processing is carried out outside the platform, which is why specific processing rules will apply to them.
As far as the website is concerned, the categories of data processed through it are limited to those listed above.
The Controller may also unintentionally collect other personal data belonging to you, namely your IP address or data that are related to searches made on our website. This information will not be used to identify individuals and will not be made public other than as set out in the Privacy Policy, supplemented by the Cookie Policy.
In certain situations strictly regulated by law, the Controller reserves the right to request additional information from you, accompanied by supporting documents, by e-mail, in printed form or in any other way deemed appropriate by the Controller.
Note: EUW-RO has entered into data processing agreements with affiliated companies, but is not responsible for the processing carried out by these entities on their own behalf, the data subject being duly informed about the processing operations involving a transfer of data between EUW-RO and any affiliated entity.
Your personal data may be disclosed by EUW-RO, in accordance with the law, for processing, to persons authorised to process data, including banks, financial authorities and institutions, courts or competent bodies, at their request and for the purpose of providing EUW-RO services.
4. Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data
EUW-RO processes your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6 paragraph (1) letter b) of Regulation (EU) No 679/ 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), in particular, for the purpose of ensuring the access of the data subject to the services and purpose of EUW-RO, found in the Section “Membership”, respectively “EUW-RO – Membership”, by filling in the forms available on the website;
- processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subjects (Article 6 paragraph (1) letter a) of Regulation (EU) No 679/ 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) in the case of the transmission of marketing communications;
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6 paragraph (1) letter f) of Regulation (EU) No 679/ 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) , for the resolution of problems of any kind relating to the content of the website EUW-ROmania.ro and for actions involving interaction with the online platform.
Your personal data will be processed in order for EUW-RO to:
- improve the website and the services provided through it;
- determine the usefulness/popularity of the web content presented on the site;
- send technical, assistance or administrative notifications;
- honour requests and resolve complaints received from users;
- facilitate user access to EUW-RO services and offers;
- communicate information of interest to users of the website;
- protect EUW-RO rights;
The company may make anonymous registrations based on the information you provide, by excluding data that could lead to your identification. The purpose of anonymous registrations is to analyse requests, which will lead to an improvement of our services and navigation on the website.
5. Duration of processing of personal data
Personal data processed at EUW-RO through the website www.EUW-ROmania.ro are retained for a reasonable period of time in relation to the purpose of the data processing, so as not to exceed the period necessary for their processing and in no case more than 3 years from the time of collection.
6. Transfer of personal data
Your data are processed on the territory of the European Union, through secure internal servers.
EUW-RO undertakes that the collected data will only be processed in accordance with the stated purposes and will not make public, sell, rent, license, transfer, etc. unauthorized the database containing information on the data subjects to any third party not involved in the fulfilment of the stated purposes, unless the transfer/access/viewing/etc. is requested by the competent authorities, in cases provided for by the legal regulations in force.

The www.EUW-ROmania.ro website may contain links to third-party websites that may collect your personal data, including through Cookies or other technologies. If you link to a third-party website, EUW-RO’s Privacy Policy will not apply to your browsing on that website.
8. Rights of data subjects
Any natural person browsing our website, as a data subject, has the following rights in relation to EUW-RO, as a Personal Data Controller:
- The right of access means the right of the data subject to obtain confirmation from the Controller whether or not it is processing personal data concerning them and, if so, access to that data and to information on how the data are processed.
- The right to rectification refers to the right of the data subject to obtain from the Controller the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data concerning them, or to have them completed if they are incomplete. These can be amended by sending an e-mail to: office@euw-romania.ro.
- The right to erasure means the right of the data subject to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay if one of the following grounds applies: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; he/she withdraws their consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; he/she objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; the personal data have been unlawfully processed; the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation; the personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
- Right to restriction of processing. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing where one of the following applies:
- a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of the data for a period which allows the Controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
- b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use;
- c) the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the data subject requests them for establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim; or
- d) the data subject has objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 paragraph (1) GDPR, for the period of time during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the Controller prevail over those of the data subject.
- The right to portability refers to the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to have such data transmitted directly to another Controller when the processing is based on consent or performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means, if technically feasible.
- The right to object refers to the right of the data subject to object to the processing of personal data concerning them when the processing is carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or when it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the EUW-RO Controller.
- The right to object to data processing based on automated individual decisions refers to the fact that the data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly affects them to a significant extent. However, it will not be possible to exercise this right if the decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and EUW-RO; is authorised by Union or national law applicable to EUW-RO, provided that it ensures adequate protection of the data subject’s rights, freedoms and legitimate interests; or is based on the data subject’s consent obtained in compliance with applicable law.

9. Final provisions
If EUW-RO determines that a change to the Privacy Policy is necessary, we will publish those changes to inform data subjects about the information we collect and how we use it.
The provisions of the Privacy Policy are supplemented by the provisions of the Cookie Policy, which is available on the website www.EUW-ROmania.ro.
